I recently watched the movie Cloud Atlas, which is based off the novel of the same name by David Mitchell. I have yet to finish the novel, but the movie was quite intriguing. To be honest, I detest most modern movies–mainly because I dislike CGI and modern styles of film. Most people think that they look more real, but I can’t help but notice how fake they seem. Cloud Atlas is not my favourite movie by any means, but it was an intellectual treat in many ways. For starters, if you’ve read the book, you’ll understand just how unique this story is. I have a long ways to go yet, and I am quite curious to see how it all turns out. At any rate, I do recommend giving it a try. Both the movie and what I’ve read of the novel are feats of great daring and ingenuity, and should not be passed up.

Also, I’ve had this song from the soundtrack stuck in my head throughout the day today, therefore I shall share it so that it might likewise be stuck in your heads (mwahahaha!).
